A question we hear a lot: the contractor is late with delivery. Are we entitled to compensation? Yes. The Sale Law sets compensation without proof of damage. In a contract from 7.7.2022: from the end of one month after the contract date, based on the rent of a similar apartment, rising to 1.25 and then 1.5 times as the delay continues. The calculator on the site shows the amount.
